Terms & Conditions

• One entry is allowed per day
• The pass may only be used by the child to whom it is issued (Name on Pass).
• Your pass start date begins on the date of purchase
• This pass is non-refundable and has no cash value.
• The admission on this pass is subject to availability and on first come first serve basis.
• This pass is non-transferable.
• A valid photo ID is required to use this pass.
• This pass will be validated at the time of check in at Playtopia.
• Visit playtopia.ca for hours of operation/private events before you plan a visit.
• Memberships are valid only at the location where they were purchased.
• Access, benefits, and redemption is restricted to that specific location and cannot be transferred or used at any other location.
